Accessible Queer Yoga Classes in Cleveland

Queer Soul Alchemy provides LGBTQ+ inclusive Yoga, breath work, and meditation classes online and in person! Our experienced teachers offer queer-friendly Yoga classes tailored to meet your unique needs. We work with ADA accessible Yoga class locations and teachers who are trauma informed, neurodiversity aware, and can help you modify for a range of chronic illnesses and differences in ability or mobility. Because at QSA, we believe that ALL bodies are “Yoga bodies.”

Did you know that movement is a small part of the vast spiritual discipline known as Yoga? Breath work + meditation are powerful methods of relieving stress and anxiety, increasing mental focus and clarity, and promoting inner peace and relaxation. So if you can sit or lay down and breathe, then YOU can practice Yoga!
